hell no. im a music producer and fan. timbaland helped nelly furtado! everybody in the biz knows that tim is hands down the best producer right now under dre. tim's been making hits since the mid 90's.

Timbaland has been around for years. He has worked with Miss Elliot, Justin Timberlake, and made numerous remixes for artists that are far greater performers than Nelly Furtado. Look him up on itunes, or yahoo music!

timbaland was known in r and b and hip hop for a long time before furtado, he only became popular mainstream pop because of his work with furtado and justin timberlake, however he did work with stars like aliyah and missy elliott so he was a go 2 producer for many r and b and hip hop artists.

nelly furtado was lucky to have timberland. he produced beats for janet jackson, busta rhymes, aaliyah, missy elliot, ginuwine, tweet, and justin timberlake.
if it was not for timberland, the last thing i heard nelly furtado sing was "I'm like a bird".
