Yes, the hypnotic trance of suggestions given by many in authority, repeated over and over...'you will never know the truth',
'you are nothing', 'you are powerless', 'you have everything to fear', 'you're doomed'.
Suggestions like these have a drug-like effect on the mind, creating a fog of confusion where ignorance is bliss.
Just say "no", and wake up!

Yes, We all have been dreaming of a utopian society because in all earnest we look forward for a world full of peace and freedom from from lust and greed.Be it Jesus or Hazrat Muhammad (peace be upon him);all longed for and dedicated their lives for this pattern of society but the human beings have not yet been able to tame their urges and desires.Real awakening is brought by divine messages off through dreams and revelations;others cannot be termed as perfectly awake.

Society and religion are part of the dream. They don't cast the spell. I suffer from accidental flashes of lucidity, but I would not go so far as to say I am awake. I do see through society and religion often, except when I don't. Except when I forget, and get sucked back into the drama. Staying awake is a lofty ambition. I practice it, when I can.

I was woken up. I'd rather go back to sleep. I still have no idea what is real or make believe, I only know for sure, that things are not what i thought they once were. There is something we don't understand, and i have realized we are powerless to do anything about it. We are at the mercy of whatever is in charge.

In case you haven't noticed, society today and religion don't mesh, they are constantly butting heads.
So really, what's keeping you asleep... your religion or your society.
Neither are truth... at least no more than partial truths.
THERE IS ONLY ONE TRUTH. HUMBLE YOURSELF AND SEEK FOR IT. LISTEN BEYOND WHAT YOUR EARS HEAR.
When you don't need society(media, popular culture) to tell how to think, you're past step one. When you no longer believe in your religion but KNOW IT you're past step two.
And when you decide to follow what you know you've found yourself. and TRUTH
There is only one true 'church' or 'religion' as the world defines it. It's on earth today in fullness. Seek it you will find it.
I KNOW FOR MYSELF THAT THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER DAY SAINTS HAS THE TRUTH. I HOPE ALL OF YOU CAN COME TO KNOW IT FOR YOURSELVES AND KNOW THE PEACE AND JOY THAT COMES WITH IT.

If they are causing me to repeatedly have the dream about being late for my wedding because my hair won't go right and I can't find shoes in my closet to match the pink gown I suddenly look down and see that I'm wearing, I'd like to kick their ***.
