dark spots?

i have few dark spots on my face and would like to know how to get rid of them with some easy tips....i also lost my colour and dont know wats going on....i dont go out much staying at home i have become darker.....plz suggest me wat to do......

they make creams for fading dark spots and skin discolorations go to your local beauty supply or pharmacy and ask for fading cream

I also stay inside a hole lot more then I go out side, and my skin hasn't changed any. I wonder why that is?
