No where did you explain WHY they should be required to serve the country, you just outline the benefits of the army and civilians. Your first topic sentence should be the reason for serving, and then the second one should say it is beneficiary to both civilians and the armed forces.
By the way, I don't agree with you. No body should be forced to go to war if they don't want to.

With some research you should be able to write this paper easily. After a Master's in Computer Science, 9 months of writing at the Sergeant's Major Academy I've got my education. Work hard and get yours.
