Lol I'll clarify. I like my hair up. I think it looks better that way BUT whenever I wear it down a lot of people tell me how nice my hair looks and how much they like it. Should I believe them and keep it down or go with what I feel looks best?

The exact same thing has been happening to me. Usually I hate everyone second guessing my own opinion of myself (cause it only matters what we think right?). But I 'm actually enjoying wearing my hair down more becuase it must actually look alright if everyine it telling me that.

You do what you think looks the best but just because you don't like your hair down doesn't mean that it doesn't look just as good down as you think it looks pulled up.
I wear my hair up a lot because personally I think my hair looks better up than it does down but like you when I do wear it down people are always telling me how nice it looks so I think it's all really just a matter of opinion.

You should wear your hair however you feel comfortable and whatever makes you more confident about yourself.... i cant stand my hair down but everyone loves my hair down.... I always always wear it up, i feel better that way... do the same, but maybe wear it down on occasion you know give your look a little twist :-D

Forget people and just do what you want to. Unless of course you look hideous with your hair up, then listen to people, lol but I'm sure you don't so just do what you feel like...after fashion is but a form of personal expression, and you'd be taking the "personal" element out of that statement if you weren't portraying your own sense of what looks good ^_^

well when u want 2 make an impression i.e. job interview, party etc wear it down and wear it up when ur alone or doing daily tasks
