wat are the top paying airlines in the world....NOT INCLUDING CARGO.

Actually, unless you count that your pay at emirates is tax free, it isn't even in the top 5. I would have to say American, United, Delta, Northwest, and Continental are the highest paying passenger airlines. US Airways is paid about the same as emirates. These are all for the top paid pilot. As far as cargo, FedEx and UPS both make more than any of the passenger airlines.

Check out this website: airlinepilotcentral.com It lists the payrates for all of the domestic ailines and some international.

One thing to remember about airline pay is that it takes a long time to get to where you are making that very high payrate. You spend many years at the lower payrates. Your pay is based on how long you have been at your company and what type of aircraft you are flying. If you change companies, you start over at the bottom of the payscale.

Delta.... delta pays there first officers the highest of 175,000 a year. first officer is co pilot by the way.
