I firmly believeGod has a plan for everyone, but i cant figure out why these plans sometimes involve teenagers lives ending. in the past two months, a sophomore from my school and a senior from a nearby school died, the senior in a wreck and the sophomore when he passed out from diabetes and hit his head. Drugs, allcohol, etc. werent involved in either, and both were good kids. I just cant understand why this happens, even though God will make it work in the end.

"For I know the plans I have for you," says the Lord "They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope." Jeremiah 29:11

The Lord planned out the length of each of these lives even before they were born. I can't explain why the Lord takes people when He does, only that He has promised His plan for us is good, hopeful.

When I was a teenager, my best friend was violently murdered. I don't know if I'll see her in heaven, because I don't know if she was saved or not. But knowing people's time on this earth really motivates me to get out the Good News to everyone. Cause I may not see them again.

One has to understand karma and reincarnation to understand the unlimited mercy of God. Babies die even in the womb. It is due to karma. One has to question why is one child born diseased and poor and another healthy and in a wealthy family. God doesn't just give these things randomly. There is no sin in the spiritual world. One only has to think a sin and they fall to the material world. So then the question is how did one get that bad karma. The answer is past lives. Even Christ taught Karma and Reincarnation but king Constantine took it out of the Bible. Want the original new testament go to gospelofthenazirenes.c for all details. For more info on Reincarnation and karma go to harekrishnatemple.c- Read Bhagavad Gita as it is By Bhaktivedanta Prabhupad-

God does not "take" lives. Accidents happen. Death entered the world as a result of sin...it is an enemy, not a tool God uses to "take" someones life away from them.

John 17:3: "This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the only true God, and of the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ."

Ecclesiastes 9:11: "11 I returned to see under the sun that the swift do not have the race, nor the mighty ones the battle, nor do the wise also have the food, nor do the understanding ones also have the riches, nor do even those having knowledge have the favor; because time and unforeseen occurrence befall them all. Think about this if you would: if god is in fact love would he do something as terrible as kill someone simply to use them for his own purposes? No because if god has the power to do that (which he does) he wouldn't put them through a painful death.
Another thing is that god (who's name is Jehovah) clearly states that we have been given free will and therefore he cannot and does not manipulate events to suit himself.
The third thing is that NO where in the bible does it ever state that God takes people's lives (young or old) for his own purposes. please ask me any other religious questions you have.

I had this happen to someone dear to me last fall. She was a week from her 17th birthday. I believe scripture has an answer. I got this in my spirit, as well as some other people. In this case, I know she was in sin. I believe that this was done so she wouldn't commit more sin, where she would lose her salvation. I know this is a hot topic, but I am working on a paper where I can prove my point.

God has a ultimate plan for everyone's lives. I think sometime people make decisions that end there lives early but that is merely my opinion. God is just and we can't always understand everything

I don't know. But take a lesson from it not to waste a moment. Always be aware that your life could end any minute. Remember always that the people in your life could be snatched away, and this could be the last time you ever see them in this life. Meditate on Impermanence.

Don't be so quick to think God did this. A person who takes his insulin regularly and checks his levels doesn't pass out from diabetes. There were other signs he failed to see.

A car wreck? Who knows who is at fault there, I wasn't at the scene.

My point is that I don't know why they were taken or if God planned it that way. His ways are mysterious to me and I know Him pretty well! :)

well i think God knows what he is doing. after all he knows everything. i know sometimes terrible things happen but we just have to trust that God has a plan for everyone and just accept it. if we dont we will be pulled away from God's word.

Because The Lord works in mysterious, inefficient and breathtakingly cruel ways.
