...to the government for student loans...I'm ready to start paying, but I don't get any information in the mail or phone calls saying where to and exactly how much! I just want to get paying over with!

Contact the lender. Often the lender will sell your loan to the secondary market. If this is the case there will be an administrator such as Sallie Mae who is handling your account.
