yes an no due to hippa law you are not even suposted to know unless you are on a concent list

Yes, because unless you ask them to leave the person sharing the info. will assume you are ok with the friend being present and hearing the info. If you don't want them to hear it, ask them to step out.

no,they can't because of the hippa laws,and you have to be on their registration papers stating your allowed to receive health information,sorry!!
