a little more about the dogs would be nice, but it might be something that happened at the park when they were younger, maybe its the kids and your dogs dont like kids, could be a lot of other things

Sometimes it is a sensory overload for dogs. Thousands and thousands of new scents at once, a lot of noise, other dogs, etc. Some dogs get scared by this and thus wouldn't like the park. Also, they might have had a bad experiance earlier in their life that causes them to not like the park. Make sure NOT to coddle them if they are scared though, this will only reinforce it. If they are showing signs of being scared reprimand the behavior and ONLY reward them if they stop showing signs of fear. It sounds harsh, but you might be feeding their fear without meaning too. Also, be sure not to tense up in the park or get nervous yourself as they can sense and feed off of your energy.

Perhaps the smell of other dogs make them nervous. There are many possibilities. When do they act up? Anything noticable causing it? Are there patterns to their behavior? As soon as you enter the park or at a certain point?
