I have these little bumps inside of my skin on the left side of my neck, and everytime I touch them they hurt. But when I look at myself in the mirror nothing seems to be swollen. Can you please tell me what is is?

Could be cyst or boil if it feels like a ball of something under your skin. If you see little red dots on the outside of you skin, it could be a common case of hives. You should go see a doctor if it gets any worse or doesn't go away in a couple of days. Good luck to you.

Could be a heat rash. Do you sleep on that side or something? You could have been scratching it and not realized it when you were hot or asleep. It doesn't have to be hot weather to get one. If it stays for more than about three days without getting better, let a doctor look at it.

it sounds like it could be some cysts, which are usually harmless, kind of like a pimple under the skin. you should see your doctor or dermatologist to make sure that it isn't something serious

If I were you I would see my doctor. Just because there's no swelling doesn't mean that something isn't going on. Swelling only means in most cases that there's inflamation ,which in your case then is a good thing. Check it out,be safe,be healthy
