Hi, (girls name). How are you, ( she answers). Hey you wanna go see ( I name some movie) sometime this week or next week, (hopefully she says yes). So when can we go and see it, (she answers). Ok that works for me I'll get us the show times and locations tomorrow and then we can go.

So what do you think will this work? Feel free to make any corrections you want. Oh and just for the record we are good freinds.

Sounds reasonable if you already know her and have some sort of contact. You may want to warm her up with a little more small talk if you don't know her well.

I think if you are already friends, this would work. Just let it flow naturally, although you will likely be nervous. A movie isn't a big commitment because you don't have to talk much. You're showing an interest in her. Make sure you pick a movie she'll be interested in, or let her pick the movie. Good luck!

you could say some thing like "hey, I have been wanting to go see a movie. would you like to join me?"
If you try and think it through too much it might not come out right. Just say what comes natural. You could start by asking what she has going on during th weekend. when she says nothing, why? you could say "I just thought it would be nice if we got together for a movie."

Narrow down the time frame, say wanna go see (movie) this weekend or something, makes you seem more confident, otherwise you might sound like a tool

What happens if she throws a curve ball, then everything is outta wack! Just go with the flow, before u forget what u planned on saying, just remember to try to sound confident.

Spice it up alittle! At the moment that she says yes tell her great I really want to see this movie and seeing it with you will make the whole thing better. Tell her the popcorn is on you.

No. You're assuming too much for me to okay that plan as a generally 'good' option. How do you know this girl? What type of relationship do you share with her at the moment? I like that you made it simple; but at the same time, you need to clarify what your intentions are---( as far as she needs to know). Make sure she knows you're the man

I'd throw in a tad more chit chat before I asked her out. There's no real way to tell what will work and what won't. Every girl is different and what works on this one won't work on that one.
