I would advise for the cat and kittens sake that you take them to some type of vet. If the cat is due anytime soon then both the cat and kittens are at risk. If she is limping in the back that could mean that something is wrong with her pelvis which in turn makes it harder for her to pass her kittens. Good luck and wish her luck for me! PS you should name one of the kittens Mavrick

The SPCA or any other organization won't just nurse her and give her back to you. That is the same thing as you asking them to provide free veterinary care, and although you can ask, they will most likely say no.
If her condition is not easily treatable and you surrender her to a shelter, she will most likely be euthanized. However, I have to say I prefer a humane euthanasia over you letting her suffer in pain. Even if you let her suffer around the house for a few days and she survives, she will probably die giving birth to her kittens.
Your cat needs medical treatment, and there is no way around it. If you want to keep her and take her to a vet and have her treated, you will need to pay for it yourself. You can also try contacting local shelters and organizations to see if they can help with the payment, but these places can typically only donate small amounts of money if any--you will still have to pay a significant portion of the bill out of pocket.
At least take her to a vet for an exam and let them assess the extent of her injuries. For all we know, she might just need pain medication and strict rest for a few days.

If your backs legs where run over you would be limping as well!!! I think you are asking the dumbest question i have seen for a while in here.
I cannot believe the irresponsibility of you. 1. Your cat is pregnant and not spayed and number 2. She has also been run over!!! And you still don't take her to the vet???
If she is put to sleep at the end of the day it may be because YOU took so damn long to get her the help she needed
Shame on you

you need to get her to the vet even if you want the kittens they could all be dead inside her from the accident and if you decide to keep her at home she won't have the strength to push the kittens out as this involves standing and squatting most likely the vet will put a cast on you cat as long as there's no internal injuries but if you don't go i can oh most guarantee you all the kittens and she will die

I'm so sorry about your kitty. If you take her to the pound, they will definitely put her to sleep, and before she has her kittens. They do NOT nurse animals back to health- that's what veterinarians are for. If she has suffered nerve damage to her leg, even if they can do something to help make her better, it is going to be VERY expensive. I wish you the best, whatever decision you make.

You can take her to the SPCA to get treated. They won't put her down. You can also work out a repayment with them unless you surrender the cat to them.

If she's pregnant and injured take her to the vet immediately! They won't put her to sleep without discussing it with you and every second you delay, it's putting the kittens and possibly your cat at risk.

Take her to the vet.
How would you feel if you got mangled by a car and the only person who had the power to do so was like, "Well, I don't know what to do. Maybe I should take him to the free place that might just kill him."
Take responsibility for this poor suffering animal.
