Alot of my friends like havign been getting pissed about me changing and i dont know if they are right for getting mad or what.

I think you'll have to add more to the question, if your look and actions have changed; and your friends don't like you now, perhaps you should reevaluate the changes you made. Maybe you had rotten friends before, and now you are more str8 and have to make some new friends with the same values as you.
Friendships change throughout your life, few remain constant.

It depends on what you mean by "change", and what you mean by "pissed".
True friends care about you, and they don't want you to do anything to yourself that would be harmful.
Perhaps you can ask yourself if this fits your situation.
