DRY MEASUREMENTS (FLOUR - Unsifted)
11 ozs = 2 1/2 cups

to whoever was saying there is 8oz in a cup....that's true for LIQUIDS, not dry ingredients.

8oz=1cup
using dimentional analysis, the oz cancel leaving u with cups:
(11oz)(1cup/8oz)=1.375cups
That is 1 3/8 cups of flour.
