I am from Kansas, and it is a very common thing here. When I lived in Wisconsin it was very common there also. Mighty good breakfast., and very nourishing. It has been said eat like a king in the morning and a prince at noon and a pauper at the evening meal. Hope ths helps. Not trying to get you in trouble just the facts.

well actually three restraunts here in south texas serve pork chops with eggs...go figure. but steak and eggs are more the "norm". however just thinking about steak and eggs, or pork chops and eggs make my arteries wobble!! lol stick to arguing over the breakfast, not actually eating it! a nice egg with whole wheat toast is alot healthier than those two combos!

Definitely is on most menus that I know of. I don't eat it often, but I don't eat steak and eggs often either. I prefer bacon and eggs.

of course! its a southern thing. and also, think about it, pork is more commonly served for breakfast than beef anyway (breakfast sausage, bacon, links, canadian bacon)
