Frequent peeing. Sometimes with pain or blood
The pup will seem tired and will drink a lot of water.
It may not eat. Puppies are all about food tho so some of them will continue eating normally.
If the pup is a boy, and stops peeing, even tho he tries, go immediately to the emergency room. They can get blockages.

What symptoms are you seeing? Blood in the urine, more frequent urination, obvious signs of pain when urinating and a housebroken animal suddenly urinating in forbidden places are all signs. When in doubt, see a vet.
