I just found that my pick up truck has 9 history report from Department of Motor Vehicle, i bought it in a Nissan dealership and they never told me anything about any accident record of the truck, it's a 2002 with 45k miles on it, i got monthly payments, but i want to get rid of it, what shoul i do ??

well the dealers are not gonna say that until you ask them. But, if you have asked the dealer regarding the vehicle history before you brought it then its compulsory for them to say it.
