Aging is constant and unavoidable. It maps a history of frowns and giggles on the face, and wisens one within. It is feared by a society which defines beauty as forever young and faceless of laughter lines.

Aging is the process by which we mature and grow both spitually and in our maturity level. The body collects lines and feauters based on the quality of the life we lead. Smile lines are the fact by which we can tell that we smile often.
All of us age at a different pace. Some of us appear to be 50 when we are thirty. Some however appear the opposite 30 when we are 50. So I hope you lead a good and wholesome life. In tune with your heart, mind and soul. Then your body will be younger and you will live to a ripe GOOD old age.

I say that everyone ages, but "old" is never a number -- a person is only as old as they feel.
I have seen people in their twenties and thirties wince at the thought about their birthday coming up and/or groan and moan at every little headache and pain they feel. At the same time, I have seen 70-year-old men and women be able to kick up more sand than any two people half their age.
I personally never despair over my age (I am 40, by the way). It is a natural progression of life and I am not going to waste my time fretting over things I cannot control.
Being youthful is a choice, in my opinion.

I'd say a lot of it is in the mind. And some in the body. I'm much older than my boyfriend but on a mental and spiritual level we get along great. Physically too. I'm in pretty good shape and a lot of the time I out do him. If we can learn from experience but keep our minds and hearts young then it's a really enjoyable life.

Age is a measurement of the slow death process of human beings. The closer you are to your early 20's the better off you are physically(unless youre really way out of shape). The closer you get to your 60's the closer you get to the end of your time span.

aging can mean just growing up. when you realize you're not a kid and there's a real world out there. You understand life alot more than you ever used to, and have grown as a person. It can also mean getting older, literally.

My definition would be a mix of how old you act, feel, pretend to be, and people think you are. So mix that up and you probably get the idea.

Aging is knowledge. It is loving and kind...patient and anxious. Aging is wonderful and if you embrace it properly can be enjoyed just like childhood (with the exception of falling down as much).
