You do not go to basic training again if you are recalled to active duty.
The reason they recall people, is because they are already trained.
Now if for some reason, your physical status changed after you were discharged the first time till you were recalled.
Then they would have to determine, if the problem is correctable ( you out of shape, dental, etc ) or non correctable ( you are in chemo for cancer).
And make their determination whether to continue you on active duty again, or to stop your processing and allow you to return to your home.

Recalled ? That would mean you have already been active military and have been trained . There is not a repeat of basic training . The exception to this would be if you were
Army , Navy , or Air Force prior service and wanted to become a U.S.Marine . Then you would have to complete USMC basic training . All the other services will take you if you are a former Marine , without completing their basic training as our standards are higher .
If you are called into service and fail basic training , you will be discharged under "other than honorable" conditions . You will be disgraced and looked upon by
your former friends and family as nothing but puss nuts nonhacker no load subterranean low life maggot feces .

You don't get to do basic training so there is nothing to fail as such.
You are trained in any new items you may need to know, and given refresher training on other things you should know but may having forgotten over time, apart from that you get a physical assessment which again is not a pass/fail

I think you would have to do basic training again to see that you are fit to do this duty. Good luck. I dont believe in recalling people when they dont want to be in the army.

If you are 'recalled' to active duty - you would not need to go to basic training again.
