my existing Dalmation is 4-months old and i dont know when is the right time to get another dalmation pup. will my existing pup get jealous and hurt the new pup or will he familiarise with her quickly?

it's easier for dogs to get along when they are both young, than wait until one is older. In my experience, the older the dog is when you get a puppy, the more jealous the older one is going to be because you are giving the puppy more attention (training, playing, etc.) I'd get another one sooner than later.

The most important thing is that you bond with both dogs and so you need to wait until you have your current pup at least 6-12 months before you add a second. Otherwise they will rather hang out with each other than with you, which makes training and house breaking very difficult. Also make sure to spay and neuter both. That will help immensely.

I have 2 as well male & female.
I had my male first bought a female they were still young.
It is best form them to be young together so they can get use of the other one around him/her.
He will mabye not at the beginning be freindly (jealous) with her but he will come around and be a good friend at the end
