to give you an idea these are 2-19 yrs old druggies with no respect for others around them. One plays his stereo loudly at any given time don't matter if it's 8am or 11pm, the other plays his guitar a million times a day way too loud and at the worst times too (latenight). what could work to shut them up for a while or at least make them do their thing at more respectable hours? Remember folks, these are two college guys who think they know everything and anything, when really they don't know left from right. I need ideas here before one of these two twits gets my fist in their face.

You should develop a deep, profound, and LOUD love for opera. It would also not hurt to blow the fuses on his amplifier.

Complain to the landlord.
Call the police.
Evict them.
Break the stereo.
Break the guitar.
Shut off the electricity when they disturb you.
Have a friend pose as a police dective and enter the house when they are drugged and loud.
Just a few, but I'm tired right now.

Seek living places elsewhere. It may take time and be inconvienent but this is the thing that has to be done unless the lease is in your name where then you need to set a date for them to be out by and arange for new roommates.

Make sure you find there drug stash, call the cops and let them in to see, inform the landlord they are using drugs, and have them thrown out.

duct tape...works on mouths, wrists, ankles and guess what...they now make duct tape BANDAIDS.....
