This may sound weird but this girl want to have "relations" with me and i dont know if i should keep it till true love or marriage.?

There is no point in getting in a relationship if you're not going on the same direction. True love comes you just have to wait for it. Marriage is the confirmation of true love, its not something that you push yourself in to doing, its something that you really want to do if the moment comes.

Only you can really decide that. Reading between the lines here, though, I'd say you may be a virgin. And you don't really say how old you are. You're better off waiting for someone you really care about rather than just 'this girl.'
