You total income and your ability to take standard or itemized deductions (or even exemptions) will create your ability to have a refund. If you only have a W-2, I believe Turbotax online has a program that is FREE. If you don't want to do that, you can go to a local CPA or H&R Block. Best wishes.

One does not always get a refund...it all depends on total wages, withholdings, deductions and exemptions. But assuming you have sufficient withholding you need to file an income tax return to get the refund...assuming you are entitledto one. I would suggest to go to nearest IRS Tax Service office and they will help you with the required forms.... or you could purchase Turbo Tax and do it yourself...only problem you will be out of abt $40.00 for the program. .... I would call the IRS... good luck!

Download form 1040EZ from irs.gov and fill it out. There are places you can file it on the Internet, or you can mail it to the IRS.
