Moving day food ideas?

I am trying to think of things that will make our moving day easier. Everyone likes the idea of our getting Subway but would it be cheaper to just get the meats and breads and cheeses separately so everyone can make what they want?

Any other things we can do to make the move easier and less expensive? We are renting a 26 foot u-haul which is the same price as a 24 foot. We have our friends helping us. What other things could we do?

Have everyone chip in some money for the sub. If you don't want to do that have a BBQ and have everyone bring a little dish to pass around.

I have several ppl helping that can't eat certain foods- I love to make sloppy joes but 'they' can't eat it. Hmmm Ordering Pizza sounds good (againsome cannot eat that either) But Pizza before noon is hard to find open.I have a menu for brkfast like bagels, donuts,fruit, juices. We are starting early. But for later I am stressing what to serve. Not a sit down but grab something you can eat on the runs type food. The least I can do is feed my crew. Never would I ask to 'chip' in for thier services. Or have anyone feel to bring a dish. Won't have much room for a spread out either, Help any ideas????? TY
