I just bought a new matress a week ago. And I wake up to a sore lower back. But I sleep well and feel energized in the morning. Is this normal for the 1st couple weeks with a new mattress? or should i get a diffrent mattress?

bad is important.
Check and see what the length of time is until you can return it, then give it a try.
but a sore back isn't good with a new bed.

If your back was not hurting before you got the new matress then yes you should return it, and make sure you remember your store receit! I hope you find a mattress that best fits you the best!

Take it BACK! If it hurts you now then imagine how hurt you will be 6 months from now. Get a memory foam; they are the greatest! We got one a year ago because I have hip problems and my husband has back aches; we never slept so well.

Get rid of it. I have been trying to "get used to" my Sealy for almost 2 yrs and its not working for me.
It has sagging, squeaks, moves like a bowl of Jell-o when my husband rolls over.
I will never have another Sealy.

Get a featherbed for the top of it.
