Good question... why DO you love them?
Generally, these are usually good, and true:
"You bring out the best in me. I become a better person when I'm around you."
"When I'm with you, the rest of the world just melts away... you are my most precious person."
"You are like me, except better."
"You are like chocolate.... sweet and a decadent pleasure... and I can not get enough."
Hmm... depends upon if she/he likes cheesy lines, mushy lines, or just plain honesty.
Of course, honesty is always the best answer... and it is the things that are said unexpectedly, and from the heart that make the most impression. Don't wait for her to ask to tell her she is important!

tell them what you love about them and if u just love all of them tell them that just tell the truth the whole time and dont lie no matter what just tell them what you like about them and you will be fine.
