Science: It led me and many others to the conclusion that there must have been a Creator.

I mean I have always been a Christian but science draws me closer, as I find out all the things that lead toward Him. It is quite interesting to see what science has to offer in the Theology section. I mean as we go we are finding out everday that the world is way to complicated for it to just have happened.

So, I'm going to stick with God, because if I'm right then I'll soen eternity with Him, if not then I'll die and it won't matter...

Well, I've been a believer for over 30 years! So, what do you mean, what is the reason I believe...

Well, 1st, my parents were Christians... and ... well... That's not a good reason is it?

Well, Jesus, when I got saved, changed my whole life... Oh,,, no,.. No good either,,, Of course someones life is going to change when they start praying all the time and dropping old friends and reading and memorizing the Bible...

So, I believe because of all the evidence for Christianity, oh wait - evolution was proven, wasn't it.. and the evidence from Jesus' Lost Tomb, and the historical discrepancies with the "original" manuscripts....

OK, I got it.. I believe because it is a good way to live. So if I believe, I'll go to Heaven - if it's not true and I believe, at least I'll have lived a good life! - Oh, I guess that's a poor reason to be a Christian, I mean, one can be moral without a religion...

I believe in Jesus, because I believe by faith!!! That's it. oh, Why? well, because the Bible says that if you don't believe, you can go to Hell and your heart's all wrong, etc, etc...

and I don't want that...

So faith is why I believe.. Faith is why I believe in God(Jesus) and faith is something I have because when I read the Bible, I just know it's true and non-Christians can't understand it.

And nomatter what happens - even if Jesus came to me and said that Christianity was wrong and even if the Catholics and Jews showed genuine historical documents that showed that Christianity was a made up religion to control the masses politically, I would still believe!

Nothing could make me not believe!

Cause I don't want to be deceived by the satanic tools of logic and reason and prooof. Those kinds of things do not matter to a true believer.

I believe in Jesus because He radically changed my life when I wasn't expecting it.
Since then I have become a student of the Bible and am persuaded that it is the supernatural Word of the Living God. I even found what happened to me in the Bible - in John's Gospel, chapter 3 - it's called being born again.

Because since I was at least 3 I have known that he is there and everywhere and all powerful. I knew God was real just like the sun and the moon are real. My mother taught me about him but I don't know how I knew him at such a young age. I think we all came directly from him and some of us remember a little and some of us have completely forgotten. Our ultimate goal is to find our way back to him.

Because all the clocks in the room stopped the minute my grandfather died. Because my mom correctly predicted the time and manner of not only my great uncle's death, but also a family friend's death based on dreams where she was visited by a loved one. Because there's no reason that our bodies, which are just a collection of molecules like a rock or a tree, are self-aware. We aren't just our bodies, we experience our bodies which means (to me) that some part of us is more than just cells.

I believe that Jesus is one of the many sons of God who came to bring the truth but man keeps misconstruing the message so God has to keep sending His representative to reestablish the truth. Like you did. Jesus never said he was God- proof- "My father is greater than I" "Father why have you forsaken me." If he was God he wouldn't say these things. Krishna says in the Gita- "Whenever their is a decline in religious principals and the truth appears to be lost, I appear again and again or send my representative to reestablish the truth." That is why their are so many religions. I believe in the Original Truth which is universal and unchangeable. Want the original teaching of Christ on karma and Reincarnation before king Constantine misconstrued so many things go to gospelofthenazirenes.c ( for all sincere seekers of truth)

I believe in Jesus, God's son is because of the faith that He gave to me when I was a Christian and I have kept it ever since. Faith is the evidence of things not seen.

For years I was searching for Him...
then one day, He touched my heart.!

John 14:6
"Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me."

Psalm 84:2
"My soul longed and even yearned for the courts of the LORD;My heart and my flesh sing for joy to the living God."

Jesus was a great teacher, God is an unknown as far as the world is concerned. Divinity is a matter of realization, not absolution.

This is two separate questions. You can believe in God, without believing in Jesus you know. I believe in God, but I do not believe that Jesus was/is God. I believe in God because his work can be found in nature.
