You can often arrange to buy them from an ice cream store (Baskin Robbins etc.) if you want specialty flavors. Otherwise, try wholesale stores (like Sam's Club or Costco) or food service stores (GFS)

There is a dairy in Deep River Ontario that also operates as an ice cream parlour and restaurant. They sell the wholesale drums there. If there is a dairy close to you, maybe they do it as well?
