just be really nice and open, and most of all yourself. if you go off acting fake or like your holding back they might think you're hiding somthing and might not trust you. the best way to make them like you to is gain their trust and the best way to do that is to just be really open-minded and positive, be interested in what theyr'e saying, maybe even talk about yourself a little. people love people who are genuinley interested in them, much more then people who are interested in themselves...smile, and be sweet and nice, be yourself.
*hope this helps*

Look them in the eye and shake their hands and say "nice to meet you." If you are in their home, compliment them on their home. Your boyfriend should lead the conversation and serve as the intermediary so you and the 'rents can get to know each other.

It's sort of like a job interview. I always did well with guys' parents.

As a parent I would say just be yourself and let them lead the questions until you get to know them better, and feel more comfortable around them.Good luck

Just treat them respectfully and talk to them like you would talk to one of your girl friends parents. If there is something nice about the house or yard you like compliment them on it. If they offer you a soft drink or something, accept it. It helps make everyone feel more comfortable.

Just act casual, i know its hard but pretend to be comfortable. acting too formal and polite will make it seem awkward. just pretend they are your best friends parents. still respect them while including them in a normal, comfortable conversation. for instance about something funny that happened to your boyfriend at school...good luck!

Just be yourself, you don't have to plan a conversation. Let them begin the conversation and you go from there on.

Bring his parents gifts, be nice. Be yourself, make a good impression but still be yourself. Compliment his mom on her cookings, just anything that you feel is right.

Ask his mom where she got her shirt, earrings, etc Or ask her to go shopping with you, but when u go shopping look for something specific so she can help you look for it.
