Ok, there's a dude in my 5th period spanish named Jevon. HE IS SOOOOO ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HE WON'T LEAVE ME ALONE!!!! OK, by that i mean, he won't stop messing with my clothes, my hair, my back, and we made a truce like 2 weeks ago, but he's breaking it. so i told the teacher and he got sent out and i'm soooo happy, but jevon won't stop annoying me. His locker is close to mine. So what do i do? PLZ help me. what do i do? i can't kick his *** or call him out because (here's the twist) he goes with one of my best friends. Also, he has a friend named Dimitar and he 'backs up' everything jevon says. and today they where saying **** about my --ahem-- 'private' parts. What do i do? I really want to kill him, but i can't because of my friend. Oh, and adults, no offense or anything, but don't say 'confront him.' He is WAY TOO IMMATURE.

Look it's pretty obvious that this guy has a major crush on you, that is why he keeps initiating all the physical contact and making the references to your sexual parts.
The best thing you can do is to completely IGNORE him. You see from his point of view, ANY response from you is a good thing, so you shouldn't reward him with one.
Are you seeing someone at the moment? If so, ask him to talk to the young man for you and tell him to lay off.
Honestly I think the best thing you could do is just to tell him up front and honestly (but don't do this in front of other people) that you do not appreciate the attention and that you are NOT interested in him in the least. Then ignore him. Eventually he will give up and find a new victim to tease.
All in all, I know you probably don't want to hear this, but once you get out of school, NONE of this stuff is going to matter anymore, it'll be ancient history and you will probably forget about it. There are thousands of other things in this world to be concerned over.

Leave some offal (animal insides like kidneys)( very cheap from butcher) in his locker. Even better see if you can buy a bulls penis from the butcher, then when the smell is very bad tell him that's what you think of his private parts
