babies should be off formula at one year and off high fat milk at 2, they no longer need that much fat, he should be on a lower fat milk out of a sippy cup or even holding a cup on his own, depending on child.
parents preferance as to which lower fat milk to place child on they dont need the fat from milk so you can go all way to no fat which my pediatrician and my midwife both suggested.
I switch my daughter straight from formula to non fat milk, she did not even blink, my son on the other hand needs a little more encouragement to switch.

A 2 yr old still on formula???? honey he should have been weaned a long time ago like around 12-18 months. But what i did for my kids is that i put about an ounce of milk in the formula and gradually increased it as there systems adjusted to the milk and eventually they were on milk.

A two year old boy should have been weaned off formula at one year. Once your baby turns one they should be on whole milk than when they turn two it is recommended to change the milk to 2%. I have never heard of a 2 year old still on formula. How can you afford it?

He should have been off of formula when he was one. Whole milk till 2 yrs old then after 2 switch to 2%. Your child's doctor should of told you that if he has a doctor.
2 ways of taking him off the bottle. 1) give him a sippy cup during the day and only give him the bottle for naps and bedtime, till he gets used to the cup. Then get rid of the bottle. 2) Just store the bottles away and don't give it to him at all just the sippy.

A child can start drinking cows milk at 1 year. If he doesnt like cows milk, start mixing it in with formula at first. 2 oz. of cows milk to 6 oz. of formula, then a week later 4 oz. to 4 oz. and so on until he's on cows milk only.

A YEAR AGO! When your child turns 12 months, whole milk ( if not allergic), contains much higher doses of vitamins and minerals they need. Plus there taste seems to work better and the formula shure tastes gross.

after the age of one - you can give them full cream milk but never never give them slim milk as is not good for them ....
By two they should drink full cream fresh milk and if he does not like it mix it with fumular ... but make the fresh milk warm for them at first then after a while give him cold...
