I'm not sure if I spelled it right, but a few kids at my school were talking about getting the scholarship for UC Berkeley, and I couldn't find any information about the scholarship online.

You are referring to the Regent's Scholarship. It's a financial governing body of a university. UC Berkeley offers several. However, I don't think they've advised anyone yet this year, since they haven't sent acceptance notices yet.

Regents' Scholarships, I believe you mean.

These are granted by the regents, or senior financial deliberative body, of the university.
