i want to gain about 10pounds fast

Hamburgers (especially cheese burgers), fries and soda
Snack on nuts.
Eat a lot of ice cream before bed.
Bacon or sausage with breakfast.
Fried foods like, fried chicken or fried okra etc.
Make sure you eat a lot of vegetables and complex carbs with this or you will feel very sluggish and not get the right nutrients.
If you do some of this everyday you should gain about 8 pounds in one month.

Do you care about your health while you gain weight? If you care about your health then avoid eating junk food and fast food to gain weight. Instead eat good quality food just more of it. I also have some ideas for you, ground flax seed is a good source of healthy oils and protein. You can buy fresh raw flax seed at a health food store and some grocery stores. Use a coffee grinder to grind it up and sprinkle about 2tbs on your cereal, pasta, salad etc. Also eating plenty of raw nuts like almonds, pecans, walnuts as snacks. Nuts are also a healthy source of protein and fat. If you eat a healthy, balanced diet, and start doing some light muscle building exercise like yoga, Pilates you will not only gain weight but feel good and look toned and fit as well.

saturated fats only in moderation though
soft drink... anything with a high sugar content
noodles
sour cream
cream
gravy
mayo
chops
sausages
fish and chips
maccas
KFC
pizza
spring rolls
and when u feel full keep eating coz thats when u put on the most weight
and when u eat just b4 bed time
your body doesnt burn off any fat why you sleep so you instantly chuck on weight!

Load up on carbos. Lots of bread and pasta. Don't move and use any energy. I would not suggest eatting unheathly foods. Thats just not a good thing to do.

SODA IS ONE WAY U CAN GAIN WEIGHT VERY FAST
