I see her at school every day and I have her IM and phone number, what shoud i use? what do I say? Where should I ask her to? Should I insist on paying all of the bill if there is one?

Ask her in person. Simply say, "Do you want to get some lunch this weekend?" (or whatever you have in mind--dinner can be seen as too much pressure, and movies don't allow for conversation. Just a hint.)
If there is a bill, DEFINITELY pay since you asked, not because you're the guy. For the first few dates, the asker of the specific date should always pay.
