Ask a vet if this is true. I have alot of allergies and when I was looking for a dog I was told not to get a beagle because they have a strong odor to them.

If you can handle a hyper dog that needs A LOT of exercise, beagles are great dogs.

Maybe you should see if your spell check works properly. Otherwise it might behoove you to type your question in Word, spell check, and then copy/paste... it was difficult to read the question.

Sorry about Cliff - good luck to you!

beagels are good dogs they are the nicest dogs you could ever have another good dog is a basset hound they are calm and they mostly dont have problems i myself had on and beagles and basset hounds are about the same type of dogs except you know beagles are more wise and palyful you should also try looking for diffrent breeds maybe it also depends if your looking for an energetic dog or a no to energetic or an energetic dog well sorry about your dogs death and hopefully this will work

Oh man I have a beagle and shes a pain, but I still love her though. Beagles need owners who hunt or who have big backyards. I played stupid and didnt train my dog to stay outside..now, when I put her out, she scratches to come back in. We have holes in our backyard, thats what beagles do. Lots of chewed up things, (furniture, tiny objects, and more) Unless its just my dog, then your ok. From what I wrote, you decide. Goodluck.^_^

beagels are good dogs but, they like to escape and don't listen very well...they are trackers and hunters by nature...so nose down, tail up and theyre gone...i'd go with a miniature pincher or a poodle or chichuahua....unless u want something larger...stay away from cockers...they have very many problems from ears to eyes to hips

Beggals are great dogs. They don't have any disorders that I know of. They are very loyal and sweet. They make good hunting dogs to, but you shouldn't use them to hunt in my opinion because that's mean to the animal your hunting. They are very smart and obedient to.

Do you mean beagle??? They are kool, but make sure that you train it not to bark because they howwl all night and it gets really annoying. My neighbors own one and I swear you can hear it a mile away...

well. i have to be honest as much as i like beagles they are hard to train. in other words some beagles are pretty dumb. cute but dumb. get a begal mixed with another breed of dog that has the trait of being good to train. like a Pit Bull. pit bulls are so smart cuz they got big heads. therefore having big brains. but get a pit bull that is treated properly.

why don't you go to your library and check out a book called "the good, the bad, and the furry" it has a lot of breeds in it and it gives descriptions on each breed, including disorders and such its really good and helpful
