No.
Product keys (at discounts) are sold only under licensing agreements & the minimun qty you must purchase is (5) five.
I work in IT corporate sales & deal with a lot of Microsoft software licensing ... you can trust me on this.
Even if you could buy just one licence....the savings are not that significant.
You may be able to buy a key from Microsoft but the price will be the same as getting another DVD from the store.

you'd be paying the same so why not get the cds. You can get two copies of home premium if you got vista ultimate with limited licensing, If your set on just buying another product key install it on your second computer and when "genuine" software thingy comes up buy another key.

Get UBUNTU (or XUBUNTU if your computer has less than 256MB of RAM).
It's a free, reliable and up to date operating system.
You can explore it from the "LIVE CD".
It's easy to install and use. You can dual boot it with other operating systems.
Once you have it installed, you gain access to thousands of free programs created by the open source community. There is excellent support - see the WIKI starter guide, and the Linux forums.
Always back up your data before making changes to your computer.

You can purchase an additional license and use that to install it on another computer. Licenses can be purchased through Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw/103-9964716-9351868?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=vista+license), and Microsoft has some offers at their site (see http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/windowsvista/buyorupgrade/familydiscount.mspx).

No. And remember that you never actually purchased the software - merely a license to use it.

Aren't you tired of Microsoft licensing?
Your operating system is defective. I recommend replacing
