I won't say that you can't fix this problem but I will say that you are in for a long time before you can let her loose in the dog park.

Sometimes you have to look at what the other dog is doing, and what is causing your dog to growl. Dogs have there own way of greeting other dogs. If the dogs that she growls at are rushing at her, or trying to lick her face before she is ready for that kind of behavior, she will growl, to let the other dog know that she doesn't want their attention.

There is a wonderful article that I will leave in the source section. If you find that your dog isn't just reacting to rude dogs.... you might try reading a book called "Click to Calm" this is a excellent book about reactive/ fearful/ aggressive dog....

This can be a problem unless it is handled carefully. First of all unless you are the true leader of the dog,the one person who the dog obeys and respects as the one running the show you may not be the right person to let her loose. you've got to remember that you have a powerful breed of dog so you must be careful. Only you can say if you are the "leader" or if it is someone else in your family or even one of your friends.I don't know the circumstances but I do know that if you want your dog to play nice at the park make sure the human that the dog obeys and respects the most is there to coach her into the behavior you want. I also suggest to take it really slow with her since she has shown signs of aggression already. Maybe the first few time you have her off leash its only for a minuet or two and gradually increase always quickly correcting any kind of aggression. anyway, good luck

I would try to find a dog trainer to work with your dog on this. She should not be taken and let off leash at a dog park though until this problem is taken care of. You do not want your dog to be responsible for hurting another dog or person. I'm sorry to say that some dogs are just dog aggressive and she may never get over this.

She does need to get spayed and she needs professional dominance/aggression training. There are dog trainers that specialize in this...

You could try getting a book and seeing if you can properly train her yourself, but it might be too late at this point.

In the meantime, make sure she's always leashed (maybe even muzzled) when around other dogs.

Good luck to you.

Yeah. DON'T let her loose at the dog park. She is inappropriate, since she is showing signs of aggressiveness toward other dogs.

Train her appropriately, then try again later.

I'd try to take her to the park on a leash for a while and slowly get her used to other dogs. Then when she can handle that without running off, you can take the leash off.

Biting is a few thing he picked up in puppyhood as a skill of having interest or his very own way and no person taught him it replaced into incorrect. attempt coaching him now by way of ignoring him if he tries to chew and giving him treats while he would not attempt to chew you while he's petted. most likely it is unfixable unless she is a puppy. but you can try exposing her to other dogs but make sure you have a real good, strong leash. try walking the dogs with you in between but don't let them fight. that could make things worse. be stern and let them know your in control
