Our cat had kittens last week.
There is a black girl, a black and white boy and a black boy, so 2 girls, one boys.....
My children are desperate to name the kittens so I need some help.
We have narrowed names down to ......
for a girl.....
ebony.........india.......pepper........marmite........gypsy

for a boy.....
marmite......sooty.....pepper

we would welcome opinions and any other name suggestions, so that the kittens can be named and I can get my sanity back when the children have stopped arguing over what to name the kittens....lol

ebony is a great one. sometimes its fun to pick an uncommon person name too: my gmas cat is walter.
oreo...i almost named my cat that or ding-dong, as she is black and white...we went with ribbon because of her tail. my other cat is belle, because when i got her 14 years ago i loved beauty and the beast...my friends cat is dinky, another of hers is arnold...chloe and daisy were 2 cats i really liked, and Blossom...pepper is cute too. if u have just 2 or 3 kids, u could let each name one of them...have fun!

My cat had three kittens, all black, and I didn't name them until their individual personalities started to show, about two and a half weeks. One was the first to climb out of the box so his name is Spunky, and the bigger one had long hair so his name is Fluffy, and the littlest one is a twin of Spunky so I wanted to name her after a twin so I took the name Rosie Bell from a "Are You Being Served Again" (British comedy) episode. These names just happened naturally. I don't know how you would calm your kids down about it however.

Do they have a favorite cartoon character? Or kid's movie persona? My grand-son's cat is named Harry...For Harry Potter. And I named my kitten Boogie after the guy that won the CBS Big Brother All-Star's this past summer! P.S. Boogie turned out to be a girl!!!! Oh, Well.....I still kept the name , I got used to it and so has she!
