There is a component to this that applies to all Priesthood holders in the LDS, that we should ask for faith to realize our full potential via our talents, not just hone our talents to excel at somehting. By doing this, we can then magnify our Priesthood. As for the Relief Society, the same holds true...to do the best relief work possible (the kind God/Christ would want to be done), one should develop the faith so that she can ask for the power to reach her full potential.

Pizza boy is confused. God does command us, it is by freewill if we chose to obey or not.

I agree full heartedly.

If you say god commands us then why did he also say that man has freewill and if a man has freewill then he cannot be commanded ! just an opinion
