If your dog isn't able to break off pieces of the knuckle bone, the cat isn't going to be able to. The cat will be fine nibbling on the bone. The problem with bones comes when there is alot of meat left on it and it goes bad, or the marrow gets rancid.

I don't think it is a good idea to allow your cat to chew on doggie bones - they might actually break her teeth. I general, dog food is not a nutritious food for cats for the simple reason that cats have very different nutritional needs from dogs. While dog food will not kill a cat, it could do other things like give her an upset tummy and deprive her of a very important nutrient necessary for a cat: taurine.

There is cat food and dog food for a reason. They need different stuff to keep them healthy. Dog treats are not good to give a cat.

I'm not exactly sure what a knuckle bone is, but if its a real bone and the cat manages to chew off splinters and swallow them, they could get stuck in her digestive system and cause lots of trouble. Its best to take it away.

Cats do fine with moderate amounts of dog food and treats; howevr, cat food has very concentrated nutrients--too much for a dog if he gets more than a couple of bites. Cats will be just fine as long as they eat cat food for most of their nutrition. My cat and dog do go after each others food, and they are perfectly fine. Just make sure you dont encourage it.

One of our cats steals goodies and dog food from our dog all time, he seems to feel just great about it! He's physically healthy also.

I have 2 cats but I can't answer that question for you. I think you should call your vet just to be on the safe side.
