Hi Summer,
I take a medication that thins my blood so I bruise easily.
I hate it. Me too! Everyone thinks my husband is beating on me. Me? Oh no.
Anyway, I hated wearing shorts or sleeveless tops because it looks soooo ugly.
I take K vitamins.
Sometimes it is a vitamin K deficiency. The K helps blood coagulate.
If you want to cover them, that spray-on pantyhose product made by Sally Hanson covers them really well. Can it get at most drugstores!!!!
hope this helps!!

Check with your Dr and make sure he knows this and pays attention to it. Speak with an RN, not just anyone who answers the phone or says they 'assist' the Dr.
It could indicate bleeding. Either from taking too much aspirin or products that cause bleeding, or from multiple conditions.
Either way, research more on here to be prepared to discuss this with your Dr or another Dr.
Meanwhile, be very careful to not cut yourself, etc.
Good luck!

thin or weak blood vessels. they break from little bumps, blood escapes and rots under your skin, making it painful and turn strange colors. weak blood vessels are weak blood vessels, you cant stop bruising, but a diet rich iron could help the blood clot and make the bruises smaller, thats about all you can do.

Some people say that is caused by a deficiency of iron. Leafy greens should help. Or iron supplements.
