a guyfriend of mine had sex with his girlfriend. 3 weeks later he is talking about trying to have sex with a cheerleader. does he still like his girlfriend. does having sex make him bored of her?

Oh, he likes the girlfriend too- but he REALLY likes sex.
If it was the first time for both of them, chances are it was clumsy, messy, and finished Way Too Soon. What were the repeat performances like? Have you heard any reports from his gf?
It's not like sex education classes teach you what you need to do to satisfy a lover. The only real solution is an experienced partner, and practice.
I suspect he thinks the cheerleader is more experienced, and therefore more skilled.
