I know this sounds stupid but try this. My cousin has had SEVERE ACNE her whole life... She got made fun of for it in school. Well, she is a nurse and her hands dried completely out and her dr told her to put gloves on her hands with lotion( I know you are saying what does this have to do with me) But she did that and her face started to clear up. She then found out that she rubbed her face while she slept which got Natural Grease from her body on her face. She is now Completely acne free for the first time since she was 10. She is now 24 and just got rid of that last pimple last week. Another thing is your hair can be doing the same thing. Put your hair in pony tails and see if that helps. Those 2 things have helped soooo many of my friends.... And you could use the lotion to, like Eucerin on your hands, and then put the gloves over it to help give you softer skin like she does!!

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

If you're talking about the strips you put on your nose and yank off, they don't work very well. They work a little, but nothing like they promote.
