I was issued a citation on March 3rd and when I first looked at it and signed it everything seemed right but then I looked at it just a few hours ago and it says I was at the block of 1400 W when I was at the block of 1700 W can I get this thrown out by fighting it in court because the police officer wrote down the wrong location I was at for the crime?

Was the 1700 block where you were pulled over?

The location on the ticket would be the location of the offense, not where he stopped you. It would be reasonable for there to be a 3 block difference (or more) between the two.

take a image of the fee cut back the place you bought pulled over. only be optimistic the cut back on the suitable of the hill and the backside are a similar speed, one must be 40 5 however the different 30 so make optimistic. in case you're one hundred% optimistic then take it to courtroom. The cop would be there, they gets a commission to look--yet once you teach your case, you have been nonetheless 5 miles over so this is going to dpend on the judges temper on climate or no longer you get off. on the least you will cut back the factors/nice you ought to pay.
