What does it mean when your faeces are green, red, yellow or black?

faeces means feces (or poop), right?

If the bowel has a lot of iron-rich material in it, the faeces tend to be dark brown or black.
A common cause of seeing red blood streaked over the faeces after opening your bowels is piles (see Piles). These are swellings round the anus that contain blood, and are common in women who have had a baby or in people who tend to be constipated.
Just some of the answers i found!
Um, good luck i guess...

It could mean many things, but generally its the food dyes and things you've had trouble digesting that cause feces to be discolored. However, if the odor is strong, and the color is black, it might be blood from a GI bleed, in which case seek medical help. If you're feeling sick, it could be due to whatever malady you have, and go see a doctor.

Are you actually experiencing all these stools?

Green: liver problems like Hepatitis
Red: Chrons disease and Colitis
Yellow: ????? usually babies get this but in adults it might be some kind of inability to digest certain foods with yellow carotenes in them like from corn or carrots- I cannot think of any diseases of the top of my head for this one
Black- dark black stools can indicate overproduction of steroids, kidney problems, or taking unnatural steroids

Red and black may indicate internal bleeding or something red like soda. Green may be leafy vegetables. Yellow has me stumped unless it is corn.
