This kid who i have been messing with asked me out and i said i was not ready for a bf yet and he handled to very well. and now its been 2 weeks later and im ready.. how can i hint to him that its ok to ask.

I think silvers got it good, hint it like "oh i'd really like to have dinner at Pizza Hut (or some better place, I dunno Pizza hut sounds great right now cause i'm starving) " and then follow up with "ohyea it'd be great to see amovie afterwards too!"
then if he doesn't get it, punch him in the face and be like, lets go out

Don't hint. Straight out ask him. Two weeks doesn't seem like a lot of time. Are you sure you're ready??

well im a guy but and i hope it ok that i answer your question. first just come out and say this to him .hey i would like to go out with you if the feeling is the same for you . all he can say is this nope im not interested , the best for you is just follow your heart and tell him how you feel about going out at least thats being honest and just a bit forward, God bless you and be good whatever the case...God loves you...

Try asking him out because if he was man enough to ask you out when you werent ready and since now you are ready, just ask him out. He might not know your ready but you know that you and him both are.

You have to tell him outright. Tell him you feel differently now and would really like to be his girlfriend.
If you are already "messing" with him, he doesn't have much incentive to make it official if you seem OK with fooling around without being his official girlfriend.
You do not want a "friends with benefits" situation.

Simple....tell him. Don't hint. Why waste the time. Or, ask him yourself. Problem solved. I bet your excuse is your shy. Get over it. He liked your once, you can only hope he is not over you and moved on. It won't hurt you to speak up. It will make you feel powerful, like you have done something for yourself.

2 weeks.... a bit unbelievable to his side im sure. that usually means a half year or more when you say ur not ready for a bf. he'll just think your punkin him, trust me.

try and talk to him again. if you do this then you'll see if he likes you still.
suggest doing something together like hang out. when you guys are talking drop subtle hints that you want to get to know him more and then that way he'll realize that you are interested.
