Why not try a date with her and see what happens? My B/F and I are alot more than 1 year difference in age, it has worked for us. But that is not your question. What harm could it do if you went on a date with her? You might meet someone you have alot of interests with and maybe someone it was nice to meet but that would be it. What if you didnt' meet her? Well, you could miss out on something special. I belive age shouldn't be an issue. What should matter is common interests, age is just a number.

Actually, assuming your age from your atrocious spelling, I wouldn't recommend you going out with anyone. You've got plenty of years ahead of you for that once you finish school
If you are out of school, then a year of difference is nothing. Heck, my wife is 9 1/2 years older than me.
But, if I were you I'd start taking drastic steps to improve my spelling.

Age only matters if it is breaking the law. I don't feel age matters but I do feel you must be on the same maturity level. If in school it is ok for a senior to date a freshman and vice versa. Give it a shot and who cares what others think. They don't walk in your shoes, think your thoughts, etc.

I don't think a year's difference in age makes any difference. If you think you would enjoy going out with her, by all means do so.
You may find that you have alot in common and become very good friends.

It depends how old she is and how old you are. If you guys are like 5 years or more difference than no you guys shouldn't go out. If you guys are only 2 years and lower in difference then go out. No one is stopping you but yourself.
