what should i say when i....?

okay, this guy i like, he likes me, but we haven't talked about it, we just flirt. so i mean we aren't going out. okay i'm want to text him, but i don't know what to say!!! i'm gunna start out "hey, what's going on?" then if he says like "nothin much" or somehting like that, what do i say after that????
