My opinion perhaps doesn't much matter as I am a brown-skinned Hindu from India, but in the one month I spent in Nova Scotia, I can say with utmost conviction that you people are the greatest ever, your manners are the best anywhere, your hospitality and kindness are tops and Bhagavan(God) has blessed you enough for you not to look down on others, to respond with kindness, even to strangers and react with genuine warmth and affection. Canada - you're way up there. Namaste!

i have Canadian cousins. I think Canada is extremely clean. The accents are cute however Canadians do seem a bit 'hokey.' saying 'eh' all the time and what not. but in general, as sad as it is, i don't think Americans think of Canadians much at all. there's almost no news down here having to do with Canada. you could go for years, without remebering it's there. it's ironic that Canadian media, pop culture, etc seems to revolve around the US. while in the US, Canada is barely acknowledged.
also, Canadian passport is one of the best in the world. you guys can go anywhere! half the world isn't mad at you like they are at the US!

As a traveller to your fine country, id have to say that Canadians are some of the best people on this earth! So welcoming, fun, friendly, open minded, insane love and appreciation of the outdoors - and what a place to live. I would LOVE to live in BC or Alberta some day, even if its just for a year!

i visited for a month back in 05 and couldnt believe how clean their downtowns were and how polite and helpful the people were when i needed directions.
very nice and would highly recommend anyone to visit.
